Very good airport hotel
I personally didn’t use the onsen but my mum said it was definitely a plus point and well kept. The breakfast was very good, not 5* quality but definitely better than a few other hotels I’ve been to. It was very busy at 6:30am - obviously since it’s an airport hotel. The rooms were small but comfortable. The service was absolutely excellent, out of all the hotels I stayed in on this trip I think this hotel impressed me with the service the most. Every staff member was courteous and helpful, despite the minimal interaction. Finally the best plus point of the hotel is the complimentary shuttle bus to the airport, which you must reserve in advance. Thankfully I had called ahead and our group were the only ones going on the bus so even though we were 10 minutes late, the bus waited for us and we highly appreciated that.
There are only two small gripes I would have is that the hotel. One is that the hotel is starting to show its age a bit - it is very well maintained however you cannot expect a brand-new flashy hotel here. The second was that in the single room, only a single pillow was provided as opposed to two pillows on each bed in my mum and brother’s twin room. Other than that I cannot fault the hotel.
